Thank you for visiting and shopping at FreshLookUS. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume Notice: During holiday seasons or major sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping tiers to best fit your needs:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active and show updates within 24 hours of receipt.

  • You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier's portal via the link provided in your email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

FreshLookUS ships to select international destinations. Please note the following regarding international orders:

  • Fulfillment Time: International shipments typically take 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • Import Fees: FreshLookUS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer & Undeliverable Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Immediate Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately at support@freshlookus.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot make changes once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives physically damaged, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  • Damaged Items: Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@freshlookus.com so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

  • Missing Packages: Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office branch first. If the package remains missing 3 business days after the marked delivery date, reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a missing mail search with the carrier
